Granted, I only know like. Three characters outside of the kanji used in Japanese. But every time I see simplified characters, my reaction is pretty much this:

although Japanese Kanji is like, a cross between simplified and traditional sometimes. MORE SIMPLIFIED THAN TRADITIONAL, MORE COMPLICATED THAN SIMPLIFIED i liek japanese moar than simplified chinese

You just type "駱駝祥子 by 老舍" in google, right? Then it gives you a looot of links to simplified versions of the entire book. All you need to do is click on the convenient "轉為繁體網頁" link on the right hand side and you get your traditional version.
